Returns Policy
Mega Appliances offers a 100% return and refund policy, provided the following conditions are met:

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

All original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and complimentary items must be included

The product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging

All seals, labels, and tags must remain intact
Mega Appliances reserves the right to reject or return the product if it does not meet these conditions or is found unsatisfactory after inspection.
Exchange Policy
Mega Appliances allows product exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of purchase

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, along with all original packaging and accessories

Exchanges are allowed in case of:

Change of brand or model

Defective or malfunctioning product (subject to technical inspection)

Incorrect product delivered

If the exchanged product has a price difference:

Customers will be required to pay the difference if the new product is higher in value

Any price difference will be adjusted if the exchanged product is lower in value
All exchanges are subject to product availability and approval after inspection.

Refund Policy
Mega Appliances follows the refund rules below:

Payments made via Credit/Debit Card are subject to bank charges including FED and MDR, which are non-refundable in customer-initiated refunds

Refund requests made within 10 days will be processed at the original purchase price

Refund requests made after 10 days will be subject to current market prices:

If the market price has decreased, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly

If the market price has increased, the refund will be processed at the original purchase price
